all our products are new unless clearly specified. Our sticks are always new. We do not sell used sticks. We cant speak to blemishes, because some could be internal. Some could be scratched etc because they get moved and transported quite a bit. But we do not take sticks that are faulty in terms of performance. We receive sticks that are spec'd wrong or player chooses to switch model/brand
Unlike regular retail sales, we cannot order pro stock gear. When product becomes available to us, we buy it. We cannot pick and choose or request product. We buy what they sell us
Due to the nature of pro stock hockey gear and the pros stock hockey gear market, we are not able to accept returns or offer warranty on any of our product. When purchasing, please be sure to double check your size etc, and feel free to ask any questions you wish. If we incorrectly shipped you the wrong product, we will be sure to correct the shipment.
Redeeming points really is simple. First thing you need to do is login to your account. Once logged in, navigate to the product you would like to purchase. From there, select the drop down menu to use your points. You will then be presented with an intuitive points slider so you control how many points you want to redeem. That is it!
The transition from old site to new would not allow the transfer. This will need to be done manually. Create a new account and Send an email to info@prostockhockeygear.com to get them added
